PRICING AND CONTENT INFORMATION

While FilingSuppliesOnline.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. FilingSuppliesOnline.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, FilingSuppliesOnline.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, FilingSuppliesOnline.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Merchandise Content:

FilingSuppliesOnline.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. However, FilingSuppliesOnline.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

ABOUT OUR PRICES

The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices on some items may differ from those charged in FSO catalogs or offline. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice.

Any reference to "savings" used on this Site indicates the average savings off the "list price". Your actual savings will vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction.

CANCELLATIONS

Once shipped, orders may not be canceled by the customer. However, prior to shipping, an order may possibly be canceled depending on what stage the order has reached in our fulfillment dept.

All orders are subject to final acceptance by FSO. FSO reserves the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. FSO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to, based on what FSO may deem inappropriate material or content. In the event that your order is cancelled, FSO will attempt to notify you via email and may or may not include the reason(s) your order was cancelled. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and FSO cancels your order, FSO shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase price. FSO shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from FSO canceling your order.

ERRORS

FSO shall not be liable for errors if printed matter conforms to copy furnished by Customer. Proofs (when available) will be submitted if requested and paid for by Customer. Corrections, if any, are to be made thereon and returned with Proof/Print Authorization form marked "O.K. to Print" or "O.K. to print with corrections" and signed by duly authorized representative of Customer. If revised and an additional proof is desired, request must be made when proof is returned. FSO shall not be responsible for errors if work is performed in accordance with Customer’s "Approval or O.K." FSO may accept but will not be responsible in any manner for verbal instructions/corrections. In the event a customer receives an order, which contains an error, and FSO determines that the error was a result of the customers input during the order process, FSO as a courtesy to the customer may offer to reprint the order for 15% less than the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax and S&H.

WARRANTY

FSO warrants that its products will meet applicable specifications and other specific product and work requirements, if any, of this order and will be of good quality and free from defects in material and workmanship. All claims must be made within five days of the shippers "scanned" delivery date. Defective items must be held for FSO’s inspection and returned to FSO upon request. The foregoing is expressly in lieu of all other warranties whatsoever, expressed, implied, and statutory including, without limitation the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness.

Upon Customer’s submission of claim and its substantiation FSO shall, at its option, either (1) replace its product or work, or (2) refund an equitable portion of the purchase price. All work performed will be done during normal working hours of normal working days.

The foregoing is FSO’s only obligation and Customer’s only remedy hereunder by way of breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. In no event shall Customer be entitled to incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

RETURNS

Non-imprinted items returned as non-defective will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be returned by the customer at the customer's expense. Customer must contact FSO prior to returning the item to obtain a RMA number.

S&H is not refundable (unless we shipped the wrong item).

SHIPPING

Shipping Methods: Ground Service

Packages returned to us as undeliverable, refused, not picked up, etc (excluding us misaddressing the package), will only be reshipped at the request and expense of the buyer.
- In the event the customer decides they no longer want the undelivered item(s):
- 1. If the item(s) are blank (un-imprinted or personalized) a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and the S&H charge, will be issued if the customers credit card.
- 2. If the item(s) are imprinted or personalized, no refund or credit will be issued.
Items shipped by either FedEx Ground, UPS, DHL or USPS - Priority that have been scanned "DELIVERED"; Are declared Delivered and FSO will not be held responsible for the replacement of that item(s) in the case of loss, theft etc.
Insurance:
- All items shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS are insured.
Insurance Claims:
- Claims for damaged item(s) must be emailed to us within two (2) business days of receipt of the shipment.
- The entire contents must be kept in its original packaging for inspection by the shipping agent or FSO.
- After verification and approval by the shipping agent, we will reship the damaged item(s) to the customer.
- Depending upon the shipping method used, there may be more steps, than listed above, in filing a claim with the shipper.
Items shipped to the wrong or an incorrect address:
- We will ship the item(s) to the address, which is provided by the customer via our online order system.
  - We will not reship an order, free of charge, if the customer has supplied us with an incorrect address.
- If we make an error and ship the item(s) to an address, which is different than the address that was given by the customer, we will reship the order via ground service at no additional charge to the customer.
- Faster shipping methods other than ground may be available, but the additional shipping cost for the premium shipping service will be the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect item(s) shipped:

If the customer feels we have shipped them the wrong item(s), then they must keep the entire contents in their original packing materials and notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the shipment.
- Upon notification, we will:
  - Verify that the wrong item(s) were indeed shipped.
  - Promptly reship the correct item(s) via ground service at no additional charge to the customer.
  - Arrange for the incorrect item(s) to picked up and returned to us at our expense.
Faster shipping methods other than ground may be available, but the additional shipping cost for the premium shipping service will be the responsibility of the customer.

TERMS OF USE REVISIONS

FSO may revise these terms of use by updating this posting. You agree that in the event any portion of these Site terms of use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Site terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. By using this Site you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.
