How do I make a tax exempt purchase?
Step 1: Create your account (click link below)
Step 2: Fax your Florida tax certificate to Filing Supplies Online, Attn: Tax Dept. at 1-866-409-8038, please include your phone number and contact name
Step 3: Our Tax Dept. will verify your tax exempt information and email you once your account is updated.

NOTICE: We only collect sales tax for the State of Florida. We will not refund collected sales tax after the order has been placed. You must follow these steps in order to make a tax exempt purchase.

Can you ship to an APO/AFO address?
Yes, we have partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option on the shopping cart page. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

No, we only handle sales via this website. Our office and warehouses are secured facilities and therefore public access is restricted.

Can I use a Purchase Order?
We currently accept Purchase Orders from Local, State and Federal Government agencies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept PO's from non-profits or governmental funded non-profits.
First Order Conditions:
1 - Minimum order amount of $150.00
2 - Create your account using a email address associated with the agency ie. .edu .gov
3 - Must fax a copy of the Tax Exempt Certificate along with the Signed Purchase Order. Be sure to reference the email address that was used to create your account. Our fax number is 866-409-8038
Your order will be entered into the system within 1 business day of receipt pending verification and acceptance.
Once your order is entered you will receive an email receipt and when the order ships you will receive a shipment notice. Upon shipment, our invoice will be mailed to the bill to address.
