How do I make a tax exempt purchase?

Step 2: Fax you tax certificate to Filing Supplies Online, Attn: Tax Dept. at 1-866-409-8038, please include your phone number and contact name
Step 3: Our Tax Dept. will verify your tax exempt information and email you once your account is updated.

Can you ship to an APO/AFO address?
Yes, however your order would not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping. Your order will be shipped best way using USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.

Step 3: Send an email, from the email account used to create your online account, to sales{at}filingsuppliesonline.com w/ subject: APO/AFO Order request
Step 4: We'll update your account to allow you to complete the checkout process and add a special item to your shopping cart for the actual S&H charges

Does FilingSuppliesOnline.com accept orders outside of the continental 48 states?
Yes, please send an email to sales{at}filingsuppliesonline.com w/ Subject: International Order Request
Include each item and qty's you wish to order. Please note that we have a minimum order amount of $150.00 US plus actual S&H charges. Once we receive your email we will respond with a quotation and order instructions.

No, we only handle sales via this website. Our office and warehouses are secured facilities and therefore public access is restricted.
