If for any reason you are not satisfied with an eligible Smead® Compatibility Guaranteed item. You can return the unused portion and we will replace the item with a genuine Smead® product at our cost.

Conditions:

1.    You must contact us prior to returning the product to obtain a RMA number. In your subject line you must state: RMA Request - Smead® Compatibility Guarantee. Also,
include in your email your name, the order number in which the product was purchased, and that this product is covered by the Smead® Compatibility Guarantee.

2.     Once we receive your request, we will issue the RMA number and give you the merchandise returns address.

3.    Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will ship out via priority ground shipping a genuine Smead® replacement product at our cost.
