Color Coded X-Ray Jackets - CC6 Style Standard Box Pack

The perfect patient file for storing X-rays, charts, lab reports and other oversized materials, these jackets are closed on three sides to keep items from falling out. Two wrap-around color bars with reverse numerals are printed in the center of the tab as the primary filing digits. A third color bar with reverse numerals is printed in the bottom position as an aging year scale. The same color bars are printed on the opposite tab along with a black colored loan bar; when materials have been loaned from the jacket, simply reverse the position on the shelf for quick location when materials are returned. Front and back panels are printed with forms for recording patient name, record number, type of exam, drug sensitivity, remarks, loan data and other information.
