Pressboard Mortgage Folders

Organize all the paperwork using eight manila dividers with preprinted tabs (see below). Front divider has preprinted form for mortgage applicant's basic information and an inventory checklist to keep track of documents added to the folder. Includes a manila jacket for smaller papers, certificates or photos that cannot be punched and a fastener compressor for tightly binding contents. Flat metal tab in top tab has a replaceable insert, and printed tab dividers and jackets can be ordered separately for re-use of folder.
